Negative deviation fault: When judging the measurement accuracy of the differential pressure transmitter in the positive migration state, two parts are generally carried out: First, the positive and negative pressure measurement of the three valve groups of the differential pressure transmitter should be closed, and then the balance valve should be opened and the instrument plug should be empty. At this time, 20mA should be the output value of the instrument; After the pressure point of the positive pressure chamber and the vent switch are closed and opened in turn, 4mA should be the output value of the instrument. After two operations, if the output value of the instrument is inconsistent with the actual value, then the problem may occur in the following aspects: (1) isolation fluid leakage; ② Positive and negative pressure chamber leads do not flow; ③ Zero is not found accurately; ④ The amount of migration changes.
