EPRO PR6423/003-110+CON021 | shaft vibration probe and proximitor.The EPRO PR6423/003-110+CON021 is a shaft vibration probe and proximity sensor used for monitoring rotating mechanical equipment. It is designed to meet different application requirements of rotating mechanical monitoring. Because the circuits in all converters are the same, they can be used for all different types of converters and can be interchanged without recalibration.

The power and signal output connections are made via threaded connectors. Sensor connections are possible through a high-precision self-locking plug (LEMO type) or through the threaded connector of the sensor with a detached cable end. All sensors with CON 011 are suitable for installation in hazardous areas with safety shields and provide a qualified certificate that complies with the European standard EN 50014/50020.

The input is a turbine flow sensor connection, and the output is an alternating current DC voltage corresponding to the shaft vibration. It prevents open connections and short circuits and incorrect polarity. The rated output voltage (linear range) is -4…-20 V (-24 V power source), and the maximum output voltage is -1…-22 V.
